After several months of trying to weigh things, I have finally decided to end my stay in Sutherland. I filed my resignation last 01/31 and I must admit, it was a very hard decision to make. I am in search of change and happiness. And I know I won’t find it here. So I came to a conclusion that I need to move on and that I have to move fast. There’s no time to waste, I’m not getting any younger. It just saddens me that I have to leave those people I’ve learned to care for, my colleagues, my friends, my family in the office. But that is just how life is. People come and go. Moving on is the norm.

I still won’t change my mind. I’m definitely leaving this awful job.
